Since being displaced from Gaza to Cairo in 2024, Ahmed has delivered extraordinary impact as a volunteer, whilst navigating his own displacement and that of his family through a few key initiatives such as music therapy programs which supported over 100 displaced musicians, replacing instruments to 32 musicians who had their equipment destroyed, through cultural events, booking Palestinian musicians across local festivals and shows reaching over 4000 people across Cairo and Alexandria and finally through artist development by subsidising 23 mentorship opportunities for displaced artists.
